Flow Bins
What are flow bins?
A diesel grade flow bin (also known as an IBC or Intermediate Bulk Container) is a robust, 1000-liter storage tank designed specifically to transport and dispense diesel safely.
It consists of a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic container housed within a protective galvanized steel cage and mounted on a forklift-friendly pallet.
Why are flow bins used?
Diesel flow bins (commonly known as IBC totes) are used because they offer a cost-effective, portable, and bulk method to store and dispense fuel.
They are widely used in agriculture, construction, and transport to eliminate costly downtime by bringing the fuel directly to machinery on-site
Are flow bins safe to store on my property?
Yes, flow bins are a very safe method of storage and holds content well without contamination from the natural environment such as dust, pollution and water.
Flow bins are smaller units of storage, which allows for all properties to hold such units without having to get insurance confirmation or fire permits like your bigger storage tanks.
